Our eating disorder program aims to achieve positive outcomes by significantly improving the quality of life for participants, focusing on holistic health, psychological well-being, and sustained recovery. Through personalized treatment plans and comprehensive support systems, we strive to help individuals build healthier relationships with food and themselves.
We offer a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment in which you may begin to heal. Some of the key outcomes that our program strives to meet for our participants are:
1. Changes and Shifts in Eating Disorder Behaviours:
- Increased awareness about the role that eating disorders play in their lives and becoming more conscious of the effects that it has on all aspects of their lives
- Recognition of patterns of behavior and ability to identify triggers for these behaviours
- Awareness of choices around eating disorder behaviours and implementing changes in patterns of behavior.
- Use of food in more positive ways and to choose more healthy ways of living
2. Strengthened Capacities - Learning for Life:
- Increased sense of mindfulness that allows for healthier decisions in many areas of participant’s lives, from food choices to personal relationships
- Increased awareness of inner strengths to be better prepared to deal with life’s challenges
- Increased sense of hope to move forward and find meaning, connections, happiness and “normalcy” in life

- Deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself on the journey of self-discovery
