Ready to take the next step? Begin your next chapter in recovery with nutrition support that meets you where you are.
In addition to nutrition support during onsite programs, BridgePoint now offers online individualized, recovery-focused nutrition support to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild your relationship with food. Whether you're exploring gentle nutrition, navigating mealtime challenges, or seeking clarity around your next steps, our dietitian and functional nutrition practitioner are here to walk alongside you—one small, supportive step at a time.
Nutrition services are available to new participants and all BridgePoint alumni and do not currently have access to a dietitian or nutritionist with eating disorder expertise. No diagnosis is required. Whether you're navigating medical nutrition needs, looking for structure around meals, or ready to take small steps toward recovery, our team is here to meet you where you're at.
Support may include:
Meal planning and mechanical eating strategies
Guidance for medical conditions like diabetes or GI concerns
Challenging fear foods and normalizing eating
Exploring nutrition concepts and body image beliefs
Creating simple, personalized action plans
All sessions are collaborative, client-led, and grounded in curiosity. Using BridgePoint’s 1% approach, we focus on what can be gently added in—not taken away—to support sustainable healing.
Sessions are available by phone or online. Between-session support is available through the Recovery Record app, where participants can track progress, access tools, and message directly with the nutrition team. The app is free for all BridgePoint alumni, regardless of active service use.
“I take a client-centered approach where you set the direction and we both bring our expertise to co-create your next nutrition experiment. If it doesn’t work—you’re not the problem. We just change the experiment and try something different!” - Jackie Reimche, M.A., B.Sc.(Nutr.), RHN, CCIEDC, ADIIMeet Our Online Nutrition Team
“My intention as a dietitian is to create a space of collaborative exploration into your relationship with food to support your recovery journey. I am passionate about creating curiosity, seeing the big picture, and integrating your unique experience to understand your behaviours and develop tangible next steps. I know that recovery is deeply individual—there is no one-size-fits-all—and I will meet you where you are.” - Rhea Lewandoski, MSc, RD, CEDS
