Participants aged 16 and older can self-refer for a retreat, which is the first step into BridgePoint’s programming.
To move forward into Module 1 or Module 2, participants will need the support of both a doctor and a counsellor. All participants must be medically and psychiatrically stable, and must be sober and not actively using substances at the time of application, admission, and throughout the program.
Retreats are available onsite or virtually and serve as an introduction to BridgePoint’s programming. They offer a chance to:

Decide if BridgePoint is the right fit for your needs
Participants explore key themes such as:

Each retreat includes:

An introduction to our recovery philosophy and tools
Meal support in a safe, communal environment
Small group sessions (8–10 participants) with individualized attention
All meals and accommodations provided during onsite retreats
